It demonstrates several vertical artifacts in a homogenous pattern emanating from a regular appearing pleural line. These features are consistent with cardiogenic pulmonary edema

Answer: Small pleural effusion

A positive spine sign with a small wedge shaped pleural effusion can be seen at the bottom left of the image

Answer: Hepatized lung consistent with pneumonia

This is air space disease giving the lung the appearance of soft tissue as this portion of the lung has been de-aerated

There is also a shredded border and static air brochograms that are consistent with pneumonia
