Summary of Abstract: Diagnostic performance for lung ultrasound is evaluated in patients with acute dyspnea. Its accuracy and clinical usefulness is compared to the use of chest radiography (CXR) and N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) for diagnosis of acute heart failure exacerbation.
